FAQ

What are the costs for medical transportation?

All quotes for air ambulance, commercial airline or ground transportation are all inclusive unless specifically discussed at time of quote. This includes air ambulance cost with flight medical team, all standard medical supplies and equipment, ground ambulance support and miscellaneous flight/travel expenses as required. Commercial airline includes all airline tickets for patient and the medical escort, standard medical equipment, travel expenses such as hotel, meals and ground support transportation. The ground ambulance service may be altered if wait time is required for appointments and delays in air travel arrivals/departures. The air ambulance is the most costly, but may be the safest method of travel for urgent or seriously ill patients.

Any additional charges, usually contingent upon the patient’s upgraded condition, would be made prior to the flight and with full knowledge of the patient.
