Designed for flight attendants and allied health professionals who are frequently faced with medical emergencies on-board commercial airlines. When is it an emergency? What should you do that will secure the best possible outcome for the ill person on board?  Is there any medical equipment on board and do you know how to use it?

Includes information on air rage and blood clots along with prevention and management on board of numerous medical conditions.

“Travelers with Cancer”
 
An opportunity for persons to learn about the travel process and the impact on those who travel with cancer. Tips to improve your travel and minimize any risks. What to do ill or injury strikes when away from home.
The facilitators are flight registered nurses who have extensive experience in domestic and international travel.
