  • Yes! Our Medical Flight Case Managers are:

    · trained flight nurses & aviation safety educators

    · global medical travel specialists

    · experienced in hospital & flight emergency care, critical care, palliative care, psychiatry, pediatrics, trauma and other specialties

    · nurses in good standing with their regulatory body

    · follow established ISO 9001-2015 policies and procedures for patient best outcomes. If you are unfamiliar with ISO, you can watch this video which explains the standards via outlining the process to receive ISO 9001 standing.

  • We will provide you with written quotes for both air ambulance and an all- inclusive airline medical escort service which incudes: airline tickets, ground transportation, all medical escort travel costs, coordination of a receiving hospital, with an accepting physician, along with the transfer of patient medical records.

  • Information will be provided on a document for the payee to complete, offering payment options such as a wire transfer, credit card and or the Medicard by ifinance option.

  • No. Our case managers are able to communicate with hospitals, families and clients by utilization of our translation service providers.
